Just an hour and a half from Berlin or Rostock and 2 hours from Hamburg, our cozy 5-bedroom Schnitterhaus Aninka is the perfect vacation home for your getaway. The vacation home accommodates 6 to 10 people, plus 1–2 small children. Thanks to its size and garden, it’s ideal for larger families or for vacationing together with a family of friends. Beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, cyclists, golfers, anglers, hikers, sauna lovers, and geocachers are all warmly welcome here and invited to enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet of the area.

Aninka Vacation Home:

The Aninka vacation home is a historic reaper’s cottage over 150 years old, which was renovated in 2025 and modernized with solid wood furniture. Our Aninka can accommodate 6 to 10 people, plus 1–2 small children. Spanning a generous 140 m² over two floors, it features five living areas: A 35-square-meter living room with a fireplace, seating, a recliner, a large dining table, a smart flat-screen TV (with a DVD player and several DVDs), and a smart stereo system (with Bluetooth, CD, radio, and USB). In addition, there are 2 full bathrooms with natural light (1 with a shower, bathtub, and toilet; 1 with a shower and toilet), a large, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, and a total of 4 separate bedrooms on the upper floor:

- turquoise lake-view room with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) & 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm) for up to 4 people
- purple lavender room with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) & 1 crib (60x120 cm, up to 3 years)
- orange children’s room with 2 single beds in a solid corner bunk bed – kids love it (90x200 m each)
- Yellow farmhouse room with 2 single beds (90x200 cm each) and, if needed, a pull-out bed box with a 3rd
single bed (80x200 cm)

The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. Thanks to the new central heating system, the house is livable year-round. The wide-plank flooring installed on the upper floor in 2025 ensures a pleasant indoor climate under the roof. From the upper floor, enjoy the view of the beautiful Fleesensee, just 200 meters away, with its sandy beach perfect for swimming, large sunbathing lawns, water sports activities, and the beach promenade. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the house to the water. Rounding out the experience is a covered patio with seating, 2 parking spaces at the house, and a fenced-in, green, sunny garden with seating, lounge chairs, a large sandbox with a small slide, a fire pit, a clothesline, and bike racks. In the evening, the grill is perfect for a barbecue.

Amenities also include free Wi-Fi with a fast fiber-optic connection, a towel warmer, a washing machine, 2 hair dryers, a small dishwasher, an oven with an induction cooktop and range hood, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, high-quality tableware, blackout curtains, cozy blankets and pillows, insect screens in all rooms, a vacuum cleaner, a selection of games, and a book-sharing shelf. For our youngest guests, we provide 2 high chairs, a changing station in the upper bathroom, an additional crib (for children up to 3 years old; not included in the price), and children’s tableware. The special highlight for the youngest guests, however, is our selection of toys in the house and garden, our play store, a kids’ kitchen in the children’s bedrooms, a puppet show set, and our handcart—which you can use to easily transport all your belongings along the edge of the forest to the beach, just 2 minutes away.

All our homes are non-smoking. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee. Linen packages (bed linens for €15 per person [pre-made] and a towel package for €11 per person) are available as optional extras for an additional fee.

If you need accommodations for more people, we can also book the neighboring Schnitterhäuser Milena or Tamara for you at the same time.

A security deposit of 200€ is required as a temporary guarantee. This is not included in the price and is due with the final payment 4 weeks before arrival. In addition, the municipality charges a daily visitor’s tax (for guests 16 years and older, ranging from €0.75 to €2 per day depending on the season and any applicable discounts), which must be paid in advance.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
