Thank you for your interest in our house, which consists of two separate but combinable units (property numbers 5200120 & 5182213)! You can rent both apartments individually and tailor the setup to your needs, with ONE, TWO, or THREE double bedrooms! Unfortunately, the different options cannot be synchronized in the booking calendar, so please DO NOT use the INSTANT BOOKING feature under any circumstances—THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Ideal for up to 8 adults who appreciate a well-maintained and spacious atmosphere! (If necessary, 4 people can sleep on the large sofas—plus 2 mattresses measuring 200 x 90 cm (on the floor) and 2 Hauck baby travel cribs... so, by arrangement, it would theoretically be possible to accommodate up to 16 people!)
Centrally located in Waren West, you’ll find our vacation rental in a prime and quiet residential neighborhood:
The chic 70-square-meter ground-floor apartment features high-quality, fully glued-down vinyl flooring. This flooring is both easy to maintain and durable, and contributes to the modern ambiance.
The centerpiece of the very cozy living room is undoubtedly the fabric L-shaped sofa, complete with a separate bench and a black arc lamp, which invites you to relax for a short while or enjoy long evenings watching TV—and “if necessary,” you can even sleep comfortably on it. The large window front (with electric blinds) creates a spacious, light-filled living area.
The adjacent “kitchen area” features a high-quality, brand-new kitchen unit, including a 2-burner induction stove, and is fully equipped (except for the oven and dishwasher) with everything you need (range hood, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, 4-slice toaster, etc.), everything you need to feed your loved one(s) at the 4-seat wooden dining table. Due to the floor plan, we’ve placed the large fridge-freezer combo directly across from the entrance area.
Up three steps and through a round arch, you’ll enter the bright hallway leading to the sleeping area, which doubles as a “dressing room” thanks to a huge sliding-door closet! In the bedroom, you’ll find a solid pine designer bed (180 x 200 cm) alongside an ancient Mallorcan mirrored sideboard... and an ensuite bathroom with light-colored tiles, natural light, a shower, modern black design elements, and a washing machine....
Through another door, you can access (if desired) the small hallway (with stairs to the upper floor) and an additional bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. Directly across from it is the adjoining bathroom with a tub, washing machine, and, of course, natural light.... and its “own entrance” through the second front door! Even without using the upper floor, there are up to two bedrooms (sleeps 4 + sofa) with two separate bathrooms available on the first floor alone.
Outside, three steps lead through the “second front door” to the bedroom and bathroom described above, and a solid wood staircase leads directly to the “large vacation apartment” on the upper floor… comfortable and very cozy—also fully (and then some) equipped....
This vacation rental features a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and two bedrooms—and if needed, the giant sofa (tested by us!) offers two additional comfortable sleeping spots...
The floor of the first-floor bedroom is tiled in a light color, which provides a great contrast to the dark mahogany bed (180 x 200 cm) and the black wardrobe along with a matching dresser.
The second-floor bedroom has dark laminate flooring, light-colored cabinets, a light-colored double bed (180 x 200 cm), and its own flat-screen TV.
The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a full “family Sunday dinner”.... glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster (4-slice), and so much more... The large fridge-freezer combo offers plenty of space for all your groceries.

Wir hatten das gesamte Haus mit beiden Einheiten gemietet. Alles war sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden und auch für 8 Personen ist es optimal. 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und 2 Wohnzimmer (groß und klein) bieten genügend Platz für alle. Gemeinsames Essen war auch kein Problem. Matthias und seine Frau waren sehr nett und haben uns eine schöne Zeit bereitet. Der Anspruch "so wie man es selber gerne hätte, wenn man irgendwo zu Gast ist" , der in der Objektbeschreibung formuliert wird, wird auch so gelebt und umgesetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder -ob zu 8. oder zu 2. Danke!
