For the second bedroom and bathroom, a minimum of 3 people must be requested.... Please also inquire individually about all other “guest and bedroom configurations,” as well as cribs and high chairs!
Thank you very much for your interest in our unique house, which consists of two separate units (property numbers 5200120 & 5182213)! You can rent both apartments individually, with ONE, TWO, THREE, or even FOUR double bedrooms, as a complete VACATION HOME (property number 5170488)!
Unfortunately, the different options cannot be synchronized in the booking calendar.... To ensure there are absolutely no incorrect or duplicate bookings:

Centrally located in Waren West, you’ll find our unique vacation rental in a prime and quiet residential area. A well-maintained, modern, and high-quality atmosphere in a large brick house featuring two vacation apartments that can be combined.
Particularly noteworthy is the “flexible” use of the bedrooms, all of which are equipped with brand-new, high-quality mattresses!
The STYLISH 70 m² APARTMENT on the first floor features high-quality, fully glued vinyl flooring. This flooring is both easy to maintain and durable, contributing to the modern ambiance. The centerpiece of the very cozy living room is undoubtedly the fabric L-shaped sofa, along with a separate bench and a black arc lamp, which invites you to relax for a short while or enjoy long evenings watching TV—and “if necessary,” you can even sleep comfortably on it. The large window front (with electric blinds) creates a spacious, light-filled living area.
The adjacent “kitchen area” features a high-quality, brand-new kitchen unit including a 2-burner induction stove and is fully equipped (except for the oven and dishwasher) with everything you need (range hood, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, 4-slice toaster, etc.), everything you need to feed your loved one(s) at the bright, 4-seat wooden dining table. Due to the floor plan, we’ve placed the large fridge-freezer combo directly across from the entrance area.
Up three steps and through a round arch, you enter the bright hallway leading to the sleeping area, which functions as a separate walk-in closet thanks to a huge sliding-door closet!
In the bedroom, you’ll find a solid, custom-built pine designer bed (180 x 200 cm) alongside an antique Mallorcan mirrored sideboard... and an ensuite, brightly tiled shower room with natural light, modern black design elements, and a washing machine...
Through another door (if desired and booked as an extra), you’ll find a small hallway (with stairs to the upper floor) and an additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. Directly across from it is the adjoining bathroom with a tub, washing machine, and, of course, natural light... and a “private entrance” through the second front door (which is also used as the entrance to the upper apartment)!
This means the first floor offers up to two bedrooms (sleeps 4 + sofa if needed) with two separate bathrooms! In addition, there are two optional Hauck travel cribs and two high chairs...
The accompanying outdoor area is even partially covered! A large wooden table with a bench and chairs offers all guests the opportunity to enjoy breakfast outdoors or wind down the day with a glass of wine. The gently splashing mini-waterfall adds to the pleasant atmosphere, and the bike rack securely holds up to 8 bikes.
PLEASE NOTE: We live right next door in the “back house”! Under the carport, as well as at the garden shed (office), personal items such as trailers, bicycles, scooters, garden tools, and other everyday items are left “freely accessible and unlocked.”
In addition, there is an unsecured, nearly 2-meter-deep koi pond in the rear “PRIVATE GARDEN
