The Villa Paradiso am See is furnished with a lot of love for exclusive details and offers a lot of space for wellness and relaxation. The stylishly furnished house has underfloor heating, digital satellite / TV and flat screen in the living and sleeping areas. Gas fireplace in the living area, large living rooms with seating and dining area, luxurious designer sofas, open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven. All daylight bathrooms are equipped with a Raindance wellness shower as standard. Storage room, own parking spaces, garden furniture and barbecue are included in the rent. Surroundings: The house is about 60 m from the Fleesensee. The Ibero Hotel is in the immediate vicinity, idyllic in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The spacious Iberotel Spa (950m²) with indoor pool and jacuzzi, bio-sauna, sauna with a view of the lake, sauna garden, steam grotto, herbal steam bath, Kneipp bath, relaxation room with waterbeds is only 150 m away. Furthermore, the city of Waren is located at the largest inland lake in Germany. The city can be reached by boat over the Fleesen and Kölpinsee, by bike (bike rental in town) or by car in a few minutes. Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a laundromat and an ATM are also nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium are interesting excursion destinations.
Golf courses: 5 golf courses in a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee variety and the right challenge for every skill level. The golf club is home to the golf school of ex-national coach Oliver Heuler. He trained 18 teachers whose goal is to improve ball flight quickly with as few corrections as possible.

Selten ein so gutes eingerichtetes Haus als Ferienwohnung gehabt. Alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Gut durchdachte Wohnungseinteilung. Eingezäunter Garten, toll für Hunde. Ruhige Umgebung, schöne Lage.

Ein schönes Haus.
Die Betten waren sehr gut.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
Die Kopfkissen sahen schon etwas älter aus.
Das Geschirr war leider teilweise dreckig.
Im Pool waren Glasscherben.
Die große Jalousie im Wohnzimmer ist defekt.
Die Fugen in beiden Duschen sind teilweise schwarz, was wohl Schimmel sein wird. Die Teppiche im Bad sehen auch nicht mehr so 'neu' aus.

Wir haben im September 2020 6 Tage zu 6. in dieser Unterkunft Verbracht. Das besondere Highlight und ausschlaggebendes Argument zum buchen dieses Ferienhauses war für uns ganz klar der Whirlpool. Als wir ankamen begrüßte uns jedoch gleich der Verwalter des Hauses mit der Information, dass der Whirlpool gerade repariert wird.
Als wir das Haus betraten hatten wir sofort einen positiven ersten Eindruck. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mit der Zeit haben wir jedoch hier und da ein paar Mängel bemerkt. So funktionierte im Erdgeschoss die Regendusche nicht, ab und an hatte man im Bad die Klinke in der Hand, das Wasser in der oberen Dusche wurde nicht richtig heiß. Es gab einen Stromausfall, Sky konnte nicht genutzt werden und das Rollo zum Balkon ließ sich nur mit Geschick und ein wenig Kraftaufwand schließen.
An sich sind dies alles Mängel gewesen über die wir hinwegsehen könnten und die den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung nicht all zu sehr einschränken. Da jedoch damit geworben wird, dass dieses Haus exquisit und luxuriös sei, sollten solche Fehler nicht vorkommen.
Kurz nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Verwalter informiert, dass der Whirlpool vorerst nicht repariert werden kann, am Folgetag aber ein Techniker vorbei schaut und sich der Sache annimmt. Dies ist jedoch nicht geschehen. Täglich haben wir mit der Verwaltung telefoniert und um Informationen gebeten. Jedoch wurden wir stets vertröstet und es konnte keine genaue Auskunft gegeben werden. Immer wieder wurden wir mit der Aussage abgespeist, dass der Whirlpool „Morgen“ repariert wird.
Die ganzen Tage ist nichts passiert. Erst am letzten Tag, kurz vorm auschecken kam der Verwalter mit einem Elektriker um den Whirlpool zu reparieren. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde uns in unfreundlichem Ton gesagt, dass es halt nicht immer schnell ginge und das wir doch sowieso eine Entschädigung bekommen.
Leider hatten wir dadurch den Eindruck als wäre unser Wunsch nach einem funktionierenden Whirlpool weniger wichtig. Es wäre schön gewesen, hätte man von Anfang an offen mit uns gesprochen, ohne uns falsche Hoffnungen zu machen. Diese Situation hat leider dazu geführt, dass wir den Urlaub nicht in vollem Umfang genießen konnten.
Die Umgebung des Ferienhauses ist jedoch sehr schön und ruhig und die Nähe zum See ist fabelhaft. Man kann sehr weit in den See laufen, dieser Tatsache sollte man sich bewusst sein, da es dadurch eher zum planschen und nicht zum schwimmen ist.
