About this house rental
The holiday home "Nature Island" is located on a large plot of land. The completely fenced property has a size of over 5000 square metres, consisting of a garden with fruit trees and a fenced paddock.
There is a beautiful swimming pond in the garden. It is an oasis for people, plants and small animals. The pond is 2 metres deep and not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
From the property you have access to the Hofsee (bathing lake without motorboat operation) in 80 metres via a small public bathing area.
The house consists of 2 floors, each with 150m² of living space. On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, a large combined dining and living room and a bedroom with double bed as well as a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The dining area leads directly onto the large terrace, where you can eat and relax in fine weather.
From the terrace, you can jump directly into the swimming pond
There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed, which can be converted into a double bed in a few simple steps. Next to the large bedroom is another bathroom with shower and WC. Large living area with TV, reading and reclining corner, 2 futon beds (cm. 140 x 200), exercise bike and large sofa.
