The beach house on the lake is equipped with love for exclusive detail and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. This stylish house has underfloor heating, digital satellite / TV and flat screen in living and sleeping areas. Gas fireplace in the living area, large living rooms with sofa and dining table, luxurious designer sofas, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, stove with convection oven. All daylight bathrooms are standard equipped with a Raindance Spa shower. Storage room, private parking, and garden furniture and barbecue are included in the rent. Surroundings: The house is located about 30 meters from the Fleesensee. In the immediate vicinity of the Iberostar hotel, idyllically located amid the Mecklenburg Lake District. The spacious spa area Iberotel Spa (950m²) with indoor pool and bubble benches, bio-sauna, sauna overlooking the lake, sauna garden, steam bath, herbal steam bath, Kneipp, relaxation room with water beds, is only 150 meters away. Furthermore, is a short distance of the city goods on Germany's largest lake. The town can be reached by boat across the Fleesen and Kölpinsee, cycling (bike rental in town) or by car in a few minutes. Several restaurants, small shops, a Biohofladen, Outletstores, a laundry and an ATM are also available nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium are interesting places to visit.
Golf Courses: 5 golf courses within a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18-hole, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee variety and the right challenge for players of all levels. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, liegt gleich am See und ist gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Whirlpool konnte schnell und unkompliziert zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt werden.
Befremdlich fanden wir aber, dass der Eigentümer und dazu weitere Leute morgens einfach ohne zu fragen das Objekt betraten, um den Kamin in Augenschein zu nehmen. Sonst hätte ich gerne fünf Sterne gegeben.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren mit dem Hund dort. Das Haus ist eingezäunt und es gibt eine kleine Rasenfläche. Da das Haus direkt am Strandweg ist wird von Spaziergängern oft ins Haus geschaut. Das WLAN war extrem langsam. Über dem Whirlpool waren abends große schwarze Spinnen, das war etwas unschön. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Positiv: gute Lage, schönes Haus, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Hunde auch willkommen. Ausreichend Platz vorhanden für mehrere Personen. WLAN hat gut funktioniert im unteren Bereich des Hauses. Whirlpool ist auch top. Der Hundestrand ist ebenfalls nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Negativ: bei Ankunft festgestellt, dass die mitgeteilte PIN zum Schlüsselsafe nicht korrekt war, erst nach Anruf und kurzem Warten konnte der korrekte PIN eingegeben und das Haus betreten werden.
Sauberkeit des Hauses muss optimiert werden (überall Spinnweben und Verunreinigungen, besonders an dem Terrassen/Balkonmobiliar sowie an Fenstern, Türen und rund ums Haus).
Leider auch keine Infos, was alles in der Umgebung unternommen werden kann. Auch wie das mit der Gästekarte abläuft und z.b. die damit verbundene Möglichkeit zur Nutzung des kostenlosen Fleesensee Shuttlebus.
Auch ist es nicht so optimal, dass das Werbeschild zur Hausvermietung direkt am Zaun angebracht ist (Hecke ist leider noch nicht hoch genug als Sichtschutz). Man wird ständig angesprochen und auch beobachtet, da die vorbeilaufenden Leute sehr oft auch lange stehenbleiben. Nicht sehr angenehm, wenn man auf seine Privatsphäre wert legt und keine Zuschauer braucht, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt und z.b. grillt.
Fazit: schönes großes Haus in schöner Lage direkt am Fleesensee auch mit Zugang zum Hundestrand. Hier kann man tolle Sachen unternehmen, z.b. Ausflüge zum Bärenwald Müritz, Inselstadt Malchow, zur Stadt Waren. Auch viele Möglichkeiten die Städte, Orte per Schiff zu erreichen. Viele Angebote für Schifffahrten inkl. Landgänge z.b. 5 Seen Fahrt mit Landgang in Waren.
Alles in Einem ein gelungener Urlaub in toller Landschaft und mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wird sicherlich wiederholt werden.

Seid einigen Jahren fahren wir nun in eines der Häuser in Göhren Lebbin...im Winter ist es ein toller Ort zum Entspannen gerade mit Whirlpool und Sauna.....
Leider war dieses Jahr der Whirlpool nicht so sauber...es kam zwar schnelle jemand der sich darum gekümmert hat...allerdings könnte man das Problem nicht beheben.....auch stimmen leider die Fotos nicht ganz überein...der Whirlpool befindet sich nicht um Garten (wie eigentlich erwünscht) sondern auf dem Balkon....
Sonst ist es ein tollen aus mit schöner Aussicht :)
