This beautiful, modern penthouse apartment is located in the 4th. First floor of the house "Strandperle" in Großenbroder Strandpark.
In our cozy penthouse apartment, you live above the roofs of Großenbrode. The roof terrace with sea views invites you to laze and enjoy, with a morning breakfast you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the warm sunshine.
In our kitchen you will find the necessary accessories to prepare delicious meals with the whole family and then to enjoy them in a cozy round.
In the evening, our cozy living area in the gable roof, accessible via a spiral staircase, guarantees you well-deserved rest and relaxation. Finally, read a book and let the day fade away with a glass of wine. For common entertainment for the whole family, the apartment is equipped with a range of board games and a W-LAN enabled TV (YouTube, Netflix).
The apartment is located in the attic. The balcony faces east.
In the period from April to October you can use our beach chair to spend wonderful and sunny days on the beach.

Schicke, kleine Wohnung. Verwinkeltes Dachgeschoss gut genutzt, allerdings steht die 2Sitzer Couch unter der Schräge eher ungünstig. Küche komplett ausgestattet, toll gefrühstückt auf dem schnuckeligen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee.
Schade ist der doch sehr späte Bezugstermin der Wohnung am Anreisetag um 16h. Die Kurtaxe für diesen Tag ist zu bezahlen aber eigentlich futsch. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Inzwischen ein klein wenig renovierungsbedürftig.
Trotzdem alles da, was nötig ist. Ein super Ausblick und sehr gemütlich.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Baustelle direkt vor der Unterkunft hat manchmal etwas gestört, aber dies war bei Anreise bekannt.
