About this apartment rental
"Sea dune 13". Our fantastic penthouse apartment is located in the house Seedüne in Strandpark Großenbrode, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and the gently sloping sandy beach.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
Our apartment is designed with two bedrooms and a travel cot for 4 people and a baby. Another person can easily find space on the existing guest lounge. The wellness bath with shower, sauna and whirlpool is just a highlight of our apartment. To make 'Caribbean' days off, you can mix your own cocktails at the bar. From the two roof terraces you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and you can already enjoy the good sea air and the sound of the sea at breakfast. After an eventful holiday, there is nothing better than to let the last warm sunshine with a good book or a game night with the family end.
Free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a Blue Ray player with movies, games, books and a Playstation 4 with the latest games provide entertainment.
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. The roof terraces are facing north and west.
From May to September you have a free beach chair to the apartment available, in addition, a storage room for bicycles, etc. ..

Wir haben vier perfekte Flittertage im November in dieser Luxus-Spa-Wohnung verbracht. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wer Erholung mit Meeblick in Strandlage zwischen Sauna, Kamin, Whirlpool und erholsamen Spaziergängen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein toller Ort, um einen Urlaub am Meer auch im Winter zu genießen - wobei wir bestimmt auch im Sommer mal herkommen. Wir können das Apartment in der Seedüne sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind jetzt zum 4. mal in Großenbrode gewesen. Es ist immer wieder schön. Leider war diesmal der Fahrstuhl die gesamte Zeit defekt, was die An- und Abreise sowie die Einkäufe sehr anstrengend gemacht hat. Da wir uns diesmal für das DG Appartement im 3. OG entschieden hatten. Zum Appartement selber. Die Aussicht war wunderbar. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlten Müllbeutel in den Mülleimer bis auf den im Bad, es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher oder die Option welche vorher zu bestellen. Der Klobürstenhalter für Bad/Wc könnte erneuert werden und wir hätten uns Unterlagen/Untersetzter zum Essen/Trinken gewünscht. Das geht jetzt nicht an sie als Eigentümer aber es könnte der Objektbetreuung mitgeteilt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine sehr schöne Woche und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
