"Cloudless 10". A penthouse apartment in a very quiet location with partial sea view only about 120 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach away - comfortable, luxurious and child-friendly furnishings
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night. Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
On 90 square meters with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 6 people with a toddler place.
The large bathroom with double sinks itself offers a whirlpool bath and a sauna, a relaxing spa. A guest toilet is also available.
Equipped with garden chairs and two sun beds offer two roof terraces at any time of a wonderful place to enjoy and relax.
On cold days, you can make yourself on the couch in front of the woodburning stove, reading a book and watching a DVD or Blue Ray. a Wii games console with Balance Board and a large selection of games available for the common games fun.
In the two bedrooms and the living room has a flat screen TV. All windows are fitted with variable pleats or black-out curtains. The feelgood factor is guaranteed.
For a varied coffee enjoyment is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine ready (capsules please bring your own).
The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The terraces are oriented to the east and south.
A parking lot is located in front of the house.
From May to September is on the beach a beach chair reserved for you.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Außer das unser Wäschepaket zuerst vergessen wurde, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf am ersten Abend noch vorbei gebracht. Außerdem haben wir die Schlüssel vom Strandkorb erst zwei Tage später bekommen, weil das Büro am Mo+Di nicht auf hatte. Etwas schade aber für uns kein Problem da die ersten zwei Tage schlechtes Wetter war. Wäre vielleicht einfacher gewesen wenn wir Samstag angereist wären. Insgesamt jedoch keine Probleme, tolle Wohnung und noch einen gratis Strandkorb.

Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, alles da. Die Reinigung war nicht ganz so toll, staubig, Ecken rund , Haare von Vormietern verstopften den Ausguss der Badewanne, aber ansonsten alles okay.

Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Küche, Geschirr, Dusche zum Teil dreckig. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Toilettenbrille etwas kaputt. Sauna und Whirlpool haben funktioniert. Gute Ausstattung für Kleinkinder vorhanden (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett, Hocker, Klositz, Plastikgeschirr). Lage 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Von einem Balkon hat man etwas Meerblick. An sonnigen Tagen wurde es sehr warm in der Wohnung. Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise stand plötzlich ein Reinigungsteam im Flur (ohne Klingeln), was sich offenbar in der Wohnung vertan hatte.
