location was simple and so easy to get anyway. night culture was brilliant. architecture was authentic and old wooden lift was fun

Room was lovely
Poor communication, no details given on floor level, no one in reception during the day and no one at the property new how to get in or what floor. codes were all digital which meant you needed phones and data to download.

The location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants round the corner. Very close to the the main attractions of Rome, no more than 30/40 minutes walk. Elegant and clean. Great staff!

The facilities are adequate. Location excellent. Proximity to a tax stage is a huge Bonus. I however felt that the pricing was higher than the services the accommodation offered
