About this apartment rental
This friendly 4-room duplex apartment is located on the third floor of the house in the Bonfim / Porto district. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (a full bath and a shower room), kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The typical Portuguese wooden floor creates a cozy atmosphere in the living room and bedrooms. The hallway leads to the second floor of the apartment, where there is a bedroom with bathroom, a small room and the terrace.
This apartment is also ideal for vacationing with friends as well as for family vacations with children.
The living area
The living area offers enough space for you and your loved ones. A flat-screen TV with many channels is available for your entertainment. Our terrace with a wonderful view of Porto is ideal for eating, chatting or playing together.
The kitchen
The fitted kitchen offers everything you need to cook in your own four walls. In addition to the stove with four ceramic hobs & oven and a refrigerator, there is also a washing machine. What else the kitchen contains, please refer to our detailed equipment list.
The little bedroom
This cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious single bed (100 x 210 cm). In addition, a chest of drawers also offers enough space for the well-equipped holidaymaker.
The bedroom upstairs with a bathroom.
This cozy bedroom has two single beds, which can also be pushed together as a double bed for couples. It also includes an integrated wardrobe. This room leads to the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the nights of Porto (together with a nice wine).

This bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
There are also 2 sleeping possibilities in the living room.
The bathroom below
The bathroom below has a bath, toilet, bidet and sink. A mirror cabinet and a base cabinet are available for your cosmetics.
The bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. A mirror cabinet and a base cabinet are available for your cosmetics.
The location:
The apartment is in Bonfim. You can easily walk to the city center from here - restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and clubs are nearby. The important shopping street of Porto- Santa Clara- is only approx. 800 m from the apartment, so easy to reach on foot. A supermarket is only 300 meters. The nearest bus stop is less than 2 minutes away and the 24 de Agosto Metro Station or Campanha Metro Station are around 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.

The terrace is just a wonderful place to enjoy Porto evenings. Being absolutely close to the city center lots of restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and clubs, are reachable in walking distance. The shopping street of Oporto, Santa Catarina, is about 800 m from the apartment. The next supermarket you can find is just 300 m. It takes less than 2 minutes to the next bus stop and 5 untill 10 minutes to get to 24 Agosto or Campanha Metro Station, from where you can take the metro to the all places, beach or airport.

Summary of reviewsClean apartment in perfect condition, easy communication with the host, very friendly and hospitable. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view over old roofs and yards into the distance. Surroundings full of 'typical' Portuguese life with good restaurants and cafes nearby. A great place to stay!

El apartamento estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones, facil comunicacion con el anfitrion y muy amables y hospitalarios, en resumen el apartamento perfecto.

Wie wurden sehr freundlich und mit Weißwein im Kühlschrank empfangen, obwohl es bei unserer Ankunft schon reichlich spät war.
Die Räume sind sehr praktisch aufgeteilt und schön möbliert. Am besten hat uns die große Dachterterrasse gefallen mit Blick zwar nicht über das Zentrum, aber über alte Dächer, Hinterhöfe bis in die weite Ferne.
Schön war das "typisch" portugiesische Leben um uns herum mit gutem Restaurant, Cafe und Obstladen um die Ecke. Bis zum Zentrum war es immer ein kleiner Spaziergang, auf dem es aber viel zu entdecken gab.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très adapté pour une famille avec des adolescents.
Situé dans un quartier populaire où l'on se sent en sécurité, il a l'avantage d'être à 15mn de la station de métro.
L'environnement est très très bruyant du à un passage routier incessant, des aboiements de chiens , ...... Et pour lutter contre ce désagrément, l'appartement ne possède pas un vitrage adapté (pas de double vitrage, fermeture des fenêtres pas opérationnelle).
De plus, la literie est de mauvaise qualité ( matelas à ressort demandant à être changé).
