About this house rental
Our house is a lovingly renovated and renovated Bauernkate directly on the dike. It lies between the North Sea bath Tossens and the small port Fedderwadersiel. It has a large fenced garden with sandpit (resp. Sand boat), swing and slide. A special highlight is the own wood-fired barrel sauna with relaxation room.
Our non-smoking cottage (no pets) has 2 floors and can be booked for up to 7 people plus baby / toddler.
The house is accessed via a spacious hallway. From there you can access the kitchen and the large living room. The kitchen has a large dining table with a high chair and 7 additional seats. It is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker etc. In the living room is a fireplace, 2 sofa, 3 armchairs and a TV with satellite system.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2015 and has a shower, sink and toilet. Opposite is a bedroom with double bed and large closet.
In the annex you get into a room with a bunk bed and a cot. Next to it is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. An adjoining corridor leads through a staircase to the loft with 3 single beds.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, gas and wood for the fireplace and sauna for 4 people plus. Tax. Each additional person will be charged 10 euros per day. Bed linen, towels and towels should be brought. We rent our beautiful dike house from 7 nights.

Das liebevoll und umfangreich eingerichtete Haus ist einfach herrlich. Direkt am Deich gelegen und in absoluter Ruhe (bis auf ein paar Schafe die gerne quatschen :-) ) kann man herrlich entspannen. Selbst die Kinder (3 und 7) sind einmal richtig „runtergekommen“ und hatten Freude mit dem vorhandenen Spielzeug und dem riesigen Garten.
Vom Haus aus kann man sowohl Tossens/Friesenstranf als auch auf der anderen Seite Fedderwardersiel mit leckerem Fisch und Burhave mit der Nordseelagune, leckerem Eis und dem Grünstrand mit dem Fahrrad, Laufschuhen oder dem Auto schnell erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und allen einen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus, toll ausgestattet, absolute Ruhe, wunderschöne Umgebung. Mit Fahrrad und Auto ist alles, rund um den Jadebusen, wunderbar zu erreichen.

Das Objekt und die Abwicklung sind suuper gelaufen, hier findet man die Ruhe welche im hektischen Alltag verloren geht. Vom Buchen, über den Empfang durch die sehr nette Nachbarin, bis zur Abreise hat alles bestens gepasst.
Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, wir werden uns bestimmt wieder sehen.

Hier kann man sich richtig vom stressigen Arbeitsalltag erholen. Man hat viel Platz und die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Schönes, großes Grundstück mit viel "Auslauf". Perfekter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Am besten nimmt man sich ein Fahrrad mit (oder leiht eines)! Die Gartensauna ist der Knaller!
