This beautiful vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Helgolandhaus Avantgarde (a large owner-occupied complex) in Wilhelmshaven, right on the waterfront. It is especially important that tenants, guests, and owners treat each other with consideration here.
The large harbor on one side and the Jade Bay on the other—you can’t get any closer to the water than this!
Exclusively furnished, single-level vacation apartment with no stairs, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a storage room, including an outdoor parking space, an elevator, very fast Wi-Fi, and towels and bed linens.
The Helgolandhaus offers its guests a modern laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guests may store their own bicycles on the premises, but prior consultation is required.
From the rooftop terraces, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view.
