This beautiful vacation apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Helgolandhaus Avantgarde (a large owner-occupied complex) in Wilhelmshaven, right on the waterfront. It’s especially important here that tenants, guests, and owners treat each other with consideration.
The large harbor on one side and the Jadebusen on the other—you can’t get any closer to the water than this!
Exclusively furnished, single-level vacation apartment with no stairs, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and storage room, including an outdoor parking space, elevator, Wi-Fi, and towels and linens.
The Helgolandhaus offers its guests a modern laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guests may store their own bicycles on the premises, but prior consultation is required.
From the rooftop terraces, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view.
