About this apartment rental

Apartment in the 5th Floor, spacious living / dining area with a view of the Jade Bay and the Binnenhaven, kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, microwave fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed, children's room with bunk beds and bathroom on the upper floor also facing south. Generous balcony with table, seating and upholstery. You can park your vehicle in the in-house garage. This means that you can get to your holiday home even when the weather is dry. In the house there are washrooms in which washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.
Free WiFi is available. A 48 inch flat screen TV, a radio with CD player and Bluetooth are also included.
For the months of January, February and November, lower rental prices apply, which unfortunately cannot be shown on this page for technical reasons. Please contact us.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern, war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Jadebusen vom überdachten Balkon aus ist ein Traum! Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt. Der persönliche Check-in war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Südstrand, mit Blick auf den Jadebusen vom Balkon und den beiden Schlafzimmern. Das Eltern-Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß und auch der Schrank bietet genügend Platz. Das Kinder-Schlafzimmer ist etwas enger. Die Schlafzimmer erreicht man über eine Wendeltreppe. In der offenen Küche findet man alles, was man braucht für 4 Personen. Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer, Spüli usw. war ebenfalls vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete 2-stöckige Ferienwohnung. Wunderschöner Blick vom Schlafzimmer und von dem großzügigen Balkon auf den Jadebusen. Das ausziehbare Sofa sowie die Badewanne lädt zum Entspannen bei schlechtem Wetter ein. Die Einrichtung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben unser verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und würden diese definitiv wieder mieten.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!!! Die Übergabe vor Ort durch Frau Köster war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist total schön eingerichtet, sehr sehr sauber. Nichts kaputt oder verwohnt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. (sogar Salz, Öl auchTee.., alles da) Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön!! Um die Ecke gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit am Fischstand morgens frische Brötchen zu kaufen!! Die Fahrräder haben wir in einem eigens für Räder vorgesehenen Raum im Keller abstellen können. Der Zugang war einfach!! Das Auto haben wir auf dem zur Wohnung gehörendem Parkplatz neben dem Haus abgestellt. Von dort gelangt man über die Tiefgarage ganz einfach wieder ins Haus!! Der beschriebene Stellplatz in der Garage ist wirklich nur von einem Kleinwagen zu nutzen (Smart, Mini, Clio, Fusion) Die Stadt ist in 5 Min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Bei schlechten Wetter empfehlen wir noch das Nautimo Schwimmbad. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt hier....

Punktabzug wegen dem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage der wegen dem Betonträger schon Recht schmal ist nur in diesem Fall verengt das Brandschutztor das dort im Stellplatz auch noch ist den Platz zusätzlich, außer für nen Kleinwagen ist der Stellplatz leider nichts.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Nordsee und den Innenhafen. Sie ist neu renoviert und schick augestattet mit Allem was man benötigt. Sogar ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist inclusive. Die Übergabe durch die Ansprechperson hat reibungslos funktioniert. Falls wir nochmals nach Wilhelmshaven kommen würden wir gerne wieder hier wohnen.
