Bright, light-filled vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony and a view all the way to the sea in the heart of Südstadt.
Enjoy your vacation high above the city on the 6th floor in a cozy, nautical-themed vacation apartment in the city’s famous blue-and-white high-rise, an owner-occupied complex located on Valoisplatz. Mutual respect among tenants, vacationers, and owners is particularly important here. From here, you can't only see the ocean, but you’re also just a short walk from the pedestrian zone, the train station, Wilhelmshaven’s popular Südstrand beach, or the main harbor.
Everything is within easy walking distance. Two elevators, one parking space, storage for bicycles you bring with you, as well as Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens are included in the rental price.
A public playground is located at the foot of the building. From the train station, you simply need to cross Valoisplatz to reach the vacation rental.
