Stilvoller Altbau, neues Badezimmer, vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Herd und Ofen und die zentrale Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke, Südstrand mit Möglichkeiten zur Fahrradausleihe ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß über die Kaiser Wilhelm Brücke zu erreichen.

Hat alles super geklappt, wegen eines Missverständnisses mit einer anderen FeWo mussten wir vor Ort neu buchen Weniger als 2 Stunden nach Buchung waren wir in der Wohnung! Super Service und sofortige Hilfe bei Fragen usw. Die Wohnung ist für 2 mehr als genug, hat alles was man braucht, sogar Textilien und Gebrauchsgüter. Man ist in unter 10 Min am Südstrand, also Top Lage. Wir sind sehr zufrieden wieder heim gefahren!

Super sauber, sehr zentral und ein sehr netter Gastgeber!
Das Bett hat leider noch eine Federmatratze, nach einer Woche also starke Rückenschmerzen gehabt. Zudem kennen die Mieter über der Wohnung keine Nachtruhe, bis tief in die Nacht war es sehr laut.

Die Sauberkeit war grenzwertig, nachreinigen durch fehlende Utensilien kaum möglich. DIe Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig aber wirkt teils "billig" scharfe Messer wären von Vorteil.
