Fast perfekt.

Die FEWO war angenehm ruhig und sehr geräumig und interessant zugeschnitten. Die große Terrasse haben wir nicht nutzen können -zu kalt (November). Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich nahezu perfekt, eigentlich gab es nichts was es nicht gab. Eine Ausnahme: keine Biergläser. :-)

Die Annenkabel der Fernseher waren sehr kurz und somit wenig verschwenkbar.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Haben immer schnell eine sehr freundliche Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder an die Küste.

Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr groß und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wohnung ist barrierefrei zu erreichen mit einem Aufzug im Haus.

Leider gab es ein paar Dinge zu bemängeln, an den Duschen gibt der Boden der Duschwanne nach am Anfang glaubt man er bricht gleich durch hat aber gehalten, die Türen der Dusche sind undicht und die Toiletten könnten besser geputzt werden. Die große Dachterasse hätte mitsamt den Möbeln eine Renovierung nötig ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terasse ist leider nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und da nur sehr kleine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln da sind war es dann doch ganz schön warm in den Räumen. Das Umfeld rund um das Haus inklusive des Parks nebenan ist sehr ungepflegt.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen

Saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit reserviertem Parkplatz vor der Tür und guter Ausstattung. Große Terrasse, die teilweise überdacht ist.

Klagen, wäre klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wer sucht, der wird auch etwas finden. Wir sind jedoch zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist echt schön und sauber, zu dem sehr Central gelegen. Man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Dafür da sie so Central ist super leise, auch dank der guten Fenster, nachts ruhig. Der Kontakt war Mega schnell und immer freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen 👍🏻

Penthouse Rembrandt hat uns überrascht und absolut überzeugt!

Das Penthouse Rembrandt ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Direkt gebucht für nächstes Jahr und direkt eine Woche länger 😃. Wir suchten seit Jahren nach etwas passendem mit gewissen Komfort, nun endlich fündig geworden. Dieses Penthouse ist absolut perfekt für ein drei Generationen Urlaub! Es war alles vorhanden was gebraucht wurde, über Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem separaten HWR, bis zu einem Mixer mit Rührstäben und Knethaken, einfach alles. Es ist sehr schön ruhig, trotz der großen Kreuzung und der Ärzte im Haus. Die Betten sind wahnsinnig bequem. Das ganze Penthouse ist so perfekt eingerichtet, dass man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt! Die Dachterrasse ein Traum! Und die Sauberkeit habe ich so noch nie erlebt, ein großes Lob an die Reinigungsfee! Die Nähe zu allen für uns relevanten Ortschaften war perfekt und das so viele Geschäfte etc. in der Nähe vorhanden waren rundete das ganze ab. Selbst ohne ein Auto wäre man nicht aufgeschmissen. Für jedes der beiden Penthouses steht je ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Auch ein großes Lob was die Kommunikation betrifft, so in diesem Ausmaß und Umfang noch nie erlebt, vielen Dank auch dafür noch mal! Rund um hat uns alles gefallen 😃, wir sind dieses Jahr das erste mal sehr ungern nach Hause gefahren!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, jederzeit wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie hat auch immer zügig und zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig, sie hatte alles was man in einer Wohnung benötigt, inklusive Balkon. Sie war sehr schön Licht durchflutet, in der Nähe gab es viele kleine Imbisse und Restaurants, Supermärkte und Drogerien waren in kurzen Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ins Stadtzentrum, zu Ausflugszielen und zum Meer kam man in wenigen Auto Minuten oder verbunden mit einem längeren Spaziergang. Auch unser Hund hat sich schnell wie zuhause gefühlt.

Das Duscherlebnis ist verbesserungs würdig und es war morgens sehr schnell relativ hell in den Räumen, da es keine Rolläden gibt.

Tolle, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gemütlich! Die Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht, perfekt! Die Wohnung war sauber und der Aufzug im Haus sowie der Parkplatz am Haus ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist okay, zur Strandpromenade zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten. Für uns war das okay.

Sehr hellhörig. Etwas viel Staub. Kaffeemaschine ist eine Zumutung. Staubsauger hat unangenehm gerochen. In Appartement 8 ist immer Wasser aus der Dusche gelaufen, um die Duschtür herum.
