Welcome to Sandrift located on Hero Avenue in the ever popular Middleton. Close enough to the beach but just far enough to not have all the hustle and bustle of the Esplanade, this delightful property will certainly tick all the boxes for your next getaway.
All set on one level, this property has an open plan kitchen and dining with reverse cycle air conditioning that leads onto the 1st lounge. There is a 2nd lounge that contains a TV and DVD player, with DVD's, and a further sofa bed for additional guests.
The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 Queens and 2 Bunks, with an additional trundle in the master, which has a 2-way en-suite. The 2 Queens have ceiling fans with the bunk room containing a wall fan. The second bathroom contains shower and toilet with a washing machine.
There is a rumpus room attached to the garage which contains a pool table and table tennis which will keep everyone entertained, which extends out into the enclosed rear garden complete with paved and grassed areas.

Overall OK. Getting a little tired. Yard needed a clean up (Lawns need cutting). For an 11 night stay with family, no where to put food/groceries! Unable to use pantry - very frustrating. Ageing microwave, cooktop and oven. Be aware of the steep driveway. No cover from the weather on the rear deck. Great collection of DVD's and music CD's. Games room was great.
