Plenty of room for everyone. Great bedding and bathroom towels were lovely.
Some of the kitchen items were not clean. This is not a reflection of the cleaner, more so the previous occupants. Some people are more thorough when it comes to cleaning than others. I had to rewash the majority of items prior to using them, as they were still dirty, and some items still had food stuff on them.

The house very comfortably fit our family, including the dogs. The yard was very secure and we felt comfortable leaving them for a few hours while going out.
We had everything we needed, beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, as were the bathrooms. Parking was quite steep, but definitely not an issue for us with big car.
Location was fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to Pipi cafe, which was lovely.
Definitely recommend a stay here, also had an outdoor shower for washing off all that sand.

The whole property was inviting and modern, it was clean and tidy. great location not far from the beach.
No complaints from our group of four.
