Lanikai has 4 bedrooms, with the main bedroom having a king size bed and the remaining 3 bedrooms each having a queen bed configuration. Lanikai is suitable for 4 couples, one or two families, or a couple looking for a quiet weekend away. The dual living areas mean that kids can play downstairs with access to the back garden, while parents enjoy the views and serenity from the 2nd level.

The house is well set up for children. The backyard provides a safe and secure play area and it's an easy walk to the beach even for the smallest toddlers. The house is designed with all four seasons in mind: upstairs living and dining area opens out onto a sheltered extra-large balcony with polished stainless steel balustrade & extra wide hard wood decking - perfect for warm summer days as it catches the sea breezes and gives peeks at the ocean between houses and full views of the hills. for the cooler months there is a second north-facing living area with doors opening onto a large sheltered hardwood deck & green grass.

A one hour drive from Adelaide, you can simply arrive and have nothing to do but begin your relaxing getaway. Prior to your arrival, Lanikai will be freshly cleaned; the beds will be made with crisp fresh bed linen; and large, fluffy towels will be laid out for your use during the stay.
