Only one street from the beach set within the beautiful locale of Middleton, this modern two-story home is perfectly positioned so that you can peacefully enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck taking in the ocean views.
Offering plenty of living space and fantastic views escape to the peaceful surrounds that Middleton has to offer.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

The reviews don’t do this property justice. The views are spectacular and the beach is a 2 minute walk. Yes it doesn’t have a dish washer and you have to bring your own line but for the price (compared to all other beach houses with views) it is far cheaper.

Good property for the area with views to ocean. Airconditioning downstairs would be icing on the cake, but fans provided and a sea breeze was sufficient.

Hot water only enough for six people to shower a day. We need to take second cold shower. We found out a lot of pet fur around the sofa, floor and bed even though pet are not allowed.
