Summary:
Situated in a very popular location in Middleton this 4 bedroom beautifully presented home is sure to be one you will come back to again and again. Within walking distance to the beach and a scenic drive either way to Goolwa or Port Elliot there is plenty to love about holidaying here.
The Space:
Inside the front door the living area with high raked ceiling is open plan with large picturesque windows which span across the front timber decking. Relax in the comfortable lounges where there is plenty of space for family or friends to connect.
Dine at the timber setting for eight, sit at the breakfast bar on stools or prepare meals from the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Split System air conditioning in lounge/dining and ducted heating/cooling throughout the home.
There is a second large living area with TV and two beautiful comfy lounges with direct access through sliding glass doors to the outdoor balcony.
At the front of the home is the very large main bedroom with full height windows again looking out on to the front deck and an ensuite with shower, toilet and basin. There is also a walk-in robe to hang your clothing.
Bedroom two has a single bunk bed.
Bedroom Three includes 2 single beds, and a clothing rack.
Bedroom Four has a queen bed and lovely furnishings.
Main Bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower and vanity.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and access to outside.
The rear yard is very well kept with a large undercover decking which includes a bbq and gorgeous outdoor setting to seat 8 while you watch the children play on the green lawn.
Garage under main roof and large driveway for several vehicles.

Good size property for 2 families. Two large lounge rooms and well equipped kitchen.Short 5-10min walk to beach with beautiful sunsets. Quiet area.6 min drive to nearest supermarket at Goolwa and easy drive to Goolwa, Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.

We loved everything about our stay - the house suited our two small families perfectly. Wonderful for young kids with lots of outdoor and indoor space to play. Very comfortable for all of us. Plus, only a short distance to the beach!Thank you for being so accomodating and responsive to our requests and queries! We would definitely stay again!

Very welcoming loved the dog present touch very clean great layout great yard for the dog great deck fir bbqs great location very quiet and short walk to beach , really keen to come back and stay again

Nice house in good location for what we wanted. BBQ tray was not cleaned and there were birds nesting above the desk so they had left a little mess on one of the chairs.
Over all clean and tidy and in good spot and would consider staying again
$$$$
