This family friendly home is the ultimate beach retreat catering for larger groups whether it be the extended family or friends holidaying together. With 5 bedrooms and 2 large living areas plus plenty of outdoor living too, this house has all the space you need.

Featuring 5 bedrooms, master upstairs with King bed and ensuite and the other four bedrooms downstairs with family bathroom, games room and laundry. The huge backyard offers plenty more space for kids to play in the fully secure yard.
Upstairs is the family hang out space with large living room, gourmet kitchen and balcony with outdoor couches for relaxing with your favourite bevy. The master bedroom is also upstairs with king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a second separate toilet upstairs too.
The house is just a 7 min walk to the beach and access to all there is to offer in the Main Street of Middleton is also close by.
A short drive to Goolwa will take you to beautiful waterfront cafes, a woolies shopping centre and Goolwa Beach, South Lakes Golf Club and many wineries nearby in Currency Creek.
Port Elliot is just 5 mins drive also the other direction from Middleton and Victor Harbor not much further on from there.
So much is on offer from this central location on Morrison Ave.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
