Nice big backyard, clean and tidy
There was a very stale smell to the house and it was quite strong. Although it had a washing machine, it was a struggle to dry clothing due to the weather. There was no indoor drying rack or dryer. The clothes line was outside and in the elements. With a family of 4 with young kids this makes it a bit difficult.

The location was good. The yard was good for our dog.
When we went out and didn't take our dog, there was no shelter for him. The verandah out the back gets very wet when it rains, so our dog was very wet when we returned.
We also had problems with the tv signal. The first couple of days the weather was bad, so we couldn't do outside activities. I would have liked to have watch some sport on tv, but the signal wasn't working.

Nice comfy place. Close to Middleton beach
Location is a little far to get to anything without a drive but nice sucludded beach spot. Unfortunately the beach was full of dead carp which had washed out the Murray when we went but hopefully this won't be an issue for
$$$$
