Great links to Zurich city centre.

As advertised, Good location a short walk to the train station. Spacious studio with good facilities.

With VAT, tourist tax, service charge, cleaning charge added plus an additional charge for our dogs it was a very expensive 2 nights. 470 Euro.

Family vacation

Great location, good value for money. The property had a good range of appliances on its kitchen, which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable; sofa bed not as much. Overall great experience and my family was very satisfied.

Not a big deal, just wish there was a dishwasher since we prepared lots of meals at home (after tourism during the day).

Horrible experience

The host is extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a rare instance of my wife being unwell and despite multiple requests the host wouldn't allow us to even simply drop our bags before the stated check in time. Expect a strict host with a bunch of rules on your visit. Including aspects related to opening of windows and usage of utensils / fridge. Also, don't expect any personal interactions /support from your host during the visit. The place is a small studio in the basement and quite far from the main city. Expect a 25-30min commute.

Superb

The apartman was very comfortable and extremly well equiped ( even there were oil/salt/sugar in the kitchen, and schampoo/shower gel/handcream in the bathroom). The owner is very kind and helpful! Shops & the train is available within 5-7 minutes walk!

At the arrival we felt some "old smell" of the apartman, but we loved to stay there.

Spacious but not very comfortable

The room is spacious. Kitchen is good equipped. Great amount of power plugs. Well working WiFi.

Tiled floor and strip lights don't provide a cozy atmosphere. Tiles in the bathroom are lifting up and you need to be careful to not hit your toes. The sink in the bathroom is on knee level. Curtains don't make it dark at night. Floor heating makes it difficult to balance the temperature difference between day and night. Beds are not very comfortable. You need to share a very thin blanket in the double bed. If you are more than 2 people you don't have a sofa to sit on during the day.

Superb

Clean studio apartment that is fully equipped, including pans, pots, cutlery, large fridge and even a washing machine. There was a good wifi and cable TV. Owners were very helpful. We had a free parking in front of the owner's garage. The main bed was comfy, the folding one was not.

The studio is on the ground floor but rather lower without much sunlight. For us it was ok since we only spent there evenings during the hot summer days. The studio was a nice cool place during this time. But if someone is looking for a bright place full of sunshine you will be disappointed. The place, despite being clean is a bit dated so do not expect brand new refurbished apartment. We, however, enjoyed the stay.

Superb

Everything was great. Very clean, warm, comfortable, well-equiped. Very quiet and private. Loved the heated floors, plus additional radiator if needed. Communication was quick and very pleasant. Thank you!

Personally I like sleeping in a very dark room. If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask as the curtains let a lot of light in and even when its dark outside the light from the street doesnt allow the room to be 100% dark.

Fiasko

Die Wohnung wäre nicht shlecht wenn die Heizung funktionieren würde.

Die Wohnug war ohne Heizung und riecht leicht nach Feuchtigkeit. Der Gastgeber war nie anwesend. Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht, es war eiskalt. Der Gastgeber verweigerte laut Booking eine Rückerstattung. Wir mussten eine andare Wohnung suchen, ohne jegliche Hilfe und mit grossem Geldverlust.

Dat je direct naar buiten kon lopen

De begroeting bestond uit..u heeft een hond niet aangemeld. De - toon is gezet. Veel overlast van buiten werkzaamheden. Paar dagen geen internet. De plafond lampen zouden goed staan in een gymzaal. Geen goede bedlampen om te lezen. Dat 2de bed is GEEN bed, je ligt nagenoeg op de spiralen. Worden we ook nog nagebeld of we per "ongeluk" spullen hebben meegenomen! Neen er was daar niets wat ik zou willen hebben. Even later meldt haar man dat de spullen er gewoon zijn op een andere plek. In 13 dagen geen bed verschoning. Vriendelijk? Neen functionele middenstand vriendelijkheid. Ze was scherp om de 50chf schoonmaak wel te krijgen. Kortom GEEN aanrader.
