The apartment is fully equipped and is suitable for 2 adults and maximum one child. It is located in a very beautiful avenue of lime trees, off the main road, 200 meters to the Olympic Stadium. Perfect location for hikers, mountain bikers and skiers. Morning and evening, you can see the horse-drawn carriages, which travel through the Dreitorspitzstraße the cab stand. In the living area you have direct view of the Wank and the large balcony can be used in the summer for barbecues and chilling (electric grill available).

Addition, there is in the attic, separated by blinds another bed (140x200), which is particularly suitable as a cot. An own car parking space in front of the house is available. In the basement there is a separate room for bikes or skis.
