Explore the Blue Mountains on foot

Location was great! Central to shops, trains station and cafes.

Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. There was a noticeable odour in the room that resembled a lingering food smell, so we ended up using Glen20 to freshen the air. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower was quite difficult to access. There were no lifts available, only stairs to reach Level 1, which may be challenging for some guests. Parking was also limited to street parking only. While the room was tidy, these issues affected our overall experience. No wifi either!

Nice and clean, comfortable, good heating and kitchen etc. even had a pod machine for a decent coffee

Getting a bit picky but had 2 washing machines and no dryer. Had to dry clothes in front of the heater but no big deal. Also, the smell of subway does hit you when you first walk in but you don’t notice it after a while. Parking was a issue because it was a busy weekend for UTA but ended up in the Dan Murphy carpark most of the time (hot tip)

The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed and the heated bathroom floors were an unexpected luxury. Great value for money.

The apartment was lovely - very clean and well appointed.

We were 3 women travelling together so needed 3 beds. There was a queen bed in one bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. However, when we went to make up the sofa bed, which had a very hard vinyl base, there was just a sheet and a blanket to go on it. The base was so hard and needed a mattress topper of some sort, so not fit for purpose. The problem could have been remedied by separating the king bed into two king singles, but there was no bedding to make up a second bed. I phoned the contact number but was told no further bedding was available. This was very disappointing.
