Close to train station, clean and comfortable bed
No lift but was not an issue for us.

The receptionist, Jonathan, was very welcoming and helpful, which made my trip to Porto a truly memorable experience.
Shower room, aside from the lack of gender separation and the absence of shelves for drying clothes in the shower, which were a few minor inconveniences, everything else was great.

Conveniently located right next to the station
There's a lovely courtyard
The staff are very kind
The drainage is poor, and the toilet doesn't flush.
The bed curtains are broken.
Construction is underway around the hotel, so it's not exactly a pretty place.
