Bright and spacious, the apartment with elevator has 1 kitchen, two double bedrooms (160 cm bed), 2 bathrooms. Comfortable for 4 people, it can accommodate (with a sofa bed in the second bedroom) up to 6 people for a practical and economical solution.
It is located in the center of La Spezia, 50 mt. the sea and the beautiful marina Mirabello (with shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, promenade); 100 mt. from the pier; 15 min walk from the train station.
This lovely apartment is the ideal accommodation to discover the Cinque Terre and the many other fabulous places in the area (Lerici, Tellaro, Forte dei Marmi, Florence, Portofino, Genoa). An hour and a half drive from The Mall Outlet Reggello, Barberino Designer and Serravalle Designer.
Rates include Wi-Fi connection - Heating and air conditioning - Washing machine - Microwave oven - Nespresso coffee machine - Sheets and towels.

Used this as our hub for a few days when visiting the Cibqie Terre. Overall it met our needs and was quiet at night for sleeping. The showers are very small and we had some issues but I believe these were being fixed after we mentioned to management

The apartment had everything we needed in a great location. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train. Plenty of good eating in the area. The harbor area was quite enjoyable as well. Owners were helpful and kind. Bathrooms were a tight fit but that was part of the European experience!

The host was very attentive and responsive. One of the AC units did not work when we arrived and she promptly send someone to check and replace it. We really appreciated the effort.
The apartment is on a sketchy-looking street, but the neighborhood seemed safe. The unit is very small, but it has 2 bedrooms and 2 tiny bathrooms.Despite the 2 AC’s in the bedrooms it was 31 degrees Celsius at night in the unit!
The description on VRBO listed a pool as an amenity- there is no pool. The pool is located somewhere in the city, and is NOT a part of this rental. Not crucial, but misleading if one is counting on a quick dip in the evening.
