This beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa (with flexible 4th-room capacity) delivers a "wow" moment in every corner, from its sweeping mountain-view terraces to its show-stopping Art Deco entertainment basement.

The open-plan ground floor frames spectacular views of the mountains and pool. The lounge seats 6 around a wood-burning stove and 55" 4K IPTV with UK channels. The kitchen is fitted with premium NEFF appliances, a built-in coffee machine, and a full American fridge-freezer. A SONOS system pipes music through the lounge, dining room, master bedroom, outdoor kitchen and terrace — plus a portable speaker for the pool.

Downstairs is a professionally designed Art Deco cinema with 4K projection, Apple TV, and high-speed streaming — and a genuine 1950s diner-style games room with an Elvis Presley pinball machine, an authentic Rock-Ola jukebox, a pool table, and a bar. The sofa here converts to a double bed for extra guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is everything as advertised and more - loads of space, great views, excellent outside spaces to relax in, superbly appointed. The kitchen was lovely, the new outside kitchen and BBQ even better and the cinema was the icing on the cake.The place was spotlessly clean and we felt home from home.Many thanks to Anna who was there when we needed something, and the black cat was a welcome visitor too. The hosts were great communicators and ensured we had a good time.This is THE villa to book.

We had an amazing stay. Everything you could think of needing and more is provided.
The house is stunning inside and out, on an urbanisation but still private and quiet, 5 minutes outaide of Mijas.
An excellent booking and would definitely stay again for sure

Really lovely villa, fitted and furnished to an exceptionally high quality and fully equipped. Peaceful ( but not far from what you need) with great Mountain Views. Warm pool. The games room becomes addictive. Communication with owners and local agent excellent. Thank you Bob and Denise. A very enjoyable holiday and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to others. We might even be back …..

This is a great house, especially for people who want to spend some quality time in it, without bothering to go out (i.e. nice diner room with pool table, real movie theater with excellent sound). But if you are feeling like it, in 10 min drive there is Mijas Pueblo where you can find restaurants and small shops.
One very positive remark about our hosts. Bob & Denise (with the great support from Ana) did their best in trying to make our vacations perfect. Specially when unexpected things happen, they were always there with a solution.
We are really looking forward to visit this house again, hopefully soon.
