About this villa rental
The villa 'Fantastic renovated villa annex' is located in Mijas Costa and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub), accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours, all year round), a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request. Groups of young people are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels, pool/beach towels, and bed linen are included. The pool service man comes twice a week. The villa is ideal for families with children and is also a perfect retreat for families to relax and get together.

The house has an outstanding location with a view over Fuengirola. The kitchen and dining room has an excellent layout and opens nicely to the terraces and pool area. The swimming pool was very nice.The bath rooms were well laid out.The layout of the house is more or less perfect for a family of up to 8. Two stayed in the annex and were happy with that. The bed rooms came with ample closet space. The air conditioning worked very well, was easy to use and gave the rooms the right temperature.The house is overall very well equipped; utilities, coffee machine, etc and was very clean. The information given was spot on. This house really gives you that summer holiday feeling! Dinners on the terrace and that excellent summer vibe by the pool.The house is conveniently placed at a dead end street with good parking. A rental car is recommended.Benedicte and Claus were attentive hosts and were proactive and easy to reach.

Pros: Veldig fin feriebolig som kan anbefales. Passer for de som vil slappe av i en fin bolig med egen uteplass og basseng. Leiebil anbefales.

Pros: Denne bolig levede op til vore forventninger og mere til.
Sjældent er vi ankommet til et renere hus, hvor der var kælet for os allerede ved ankomsten.
Udlejere, Benedicte og Claus, har været utrolig imødekommende lige fra første korrespondance i sommeren sidste år.
