About this house rental
Have a wonderful holiday in this modern townhouse, where you can enjoy the views of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean, take a dip in your private splash pool or go down to the communal infinity pool.
The floor, where you have the entrance, has a large living room with a dining area and access to a terrace with a private splash/smaller pool with fantastic views. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to another terrace with BBQ. On this floor you also have a toilet.On the 1st floor you have 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have exceptional views of the bay.
On the 2nd floor you have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom. A few steps from this floor you reach the roof terrace with lounge furniture to sit and enjoy the sun all day or the sunset. There is fantastic view over the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
From the living room there are some steps down to the 4th bedroom, (with double bed and sofa bed) located on the lower floor of the property with its own bathroom and access to a private terrace where you can sit in complete privacy.
The terraced house has its own lift, so it is easy to get from floor to floor.
All 4 bathrooms are made in beautiful beige marble.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi and TV channels in almost every language.
There is a shared infinity pool and from there you have a lift that takes you down to the street, so you only have 400 meters to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. (the nearest supermarket and restaurant is 200 meters away). You don't need a car, but there is private parking.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as we are in a residential area.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Pros: We stayed for 9 days in June as a group of 4 adults and 4 children (3-5 years old).
The house was very clean and spacious and Ann Charlotte organized everything perfectly. Communication was very easy and all our questions were promtly answered.
The house is in a perfect location for a family beach holiday - even, if you don't intend to rent a car. The beach, restaurants and shops are only 5-10min walk away. Trips to Malaga, Benalmadena or Fuengirola Zoo can easily be done by train since the train station is only a 10 min walk from the house as well.
But the most awesome feature of this house are the community pool and the splash pool with the stunning views! It's just the perfect place for a nice getaway trip.

Pros: Sommerhuset har en af de bedste udsigter man kan drømme om. God plads til 8 personer, som vi var i 8 dage. Stor garage til en VW bus til 9 personer, få trin op til elevator helt til panorama tressen på toppen. Tak for en god ferie.
