Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Enjoy a modern and cosy villa of 250 m² with capacity for 12 people and 6 bedrooms, located just 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande. This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with stunning views of the sierra. In its spacious exteriors you will find a private pool with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.
The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. Additionally, it features an electric car charging station an extra convenience for those travelling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.
Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a reception area with reading and meeting spaces, an independent dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and a living room with a large sofa and television to share family moments or enjoy free Wi-Fi for teleworking or digital entertainment.
