It features 6 bedrooms, with 4 having double beds and 2 with single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 full bathrooms, an external toilet next to the pool, independent kitchen and a spacious dining room, this accommodation is equipped with all the details to ensure an unforgettable stay.



The villa stands out for its commitment to sustainability: it has photovoltaic and thermal solar installations to eliminate CO2 emissions and a free charging point for electric or hybrid cars, ideal for eco-conscious travellers.



In the exterior, you will find a spectacular terrace of 80m2 prepared for winter and with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing under the sun or for winter days and thus enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.
