Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Enjoy a modern and welcoming villa of 250 m² with capacity for 12 people and 6 bedrooms, located just 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande. This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with impressive views of the mountains. In its spacious outdoor areas you will find a private pool 🏊♂️ with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sun loungers ☀️, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.
The plot is completely fenced and has two covered car parks and additional uncovered spaces. In addition, it has an electric car charging station at no extra cost 🚗⚡, an extra convenience for those travelling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows you to enjoy natural light from sunrise to sunset, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and enjoy the landscape.
Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a reception area with spaces for reading and meetings, an independent dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) 🍳, and a lounge with a large sofa and television for sharing family moments or enjoying free Wi-Fi for remote work or digital entertainment. The property has air conditioning installed, although this system is currently out of service and not operational during your stay. On this floor you will also find two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower tray and a laundry room to keep your clothes up to date.
The upper floor has four double bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower tray and television. Two bedrooms face north and two face south, all with a private terrace equipped for enjoying a coffee or the sun in an intimate setting.

Wow, what a gorgeous 2 weeks we had in this stunning villa. As the gate of the villa went back, the view that hits you as you drive in, is just unbelievable. The villa was very spacious and the outside area was just stunning. Set in a lovely quiet location, although you definitely need a robust car as the road leading up to the villa is quite pot holey. Maria met us on arrival and was very responsive to any isues-no water on 3 mornings and internet went down for an afternoon but not a worry. AC throughout the villa and ample space. The only thing we weren't aware of was that you cannot put tissue down the toilets but we just got on with it after seeing the signage in each bathroom. We will definitely be returning.

Very Nice villa. Clean and big. Enough space. Lovely garden and swimming pool. You need a car to go the shops. Supermarket about 10 to 15 minutes drive. Road to the villa needs an upgrade.

A lovely home in a lovely location. We loved our 2 weeks in this Villa and we were extremely disappointed to leave. Stunning views and incredibly peaceful. Charlie was very responsive and Nina was also a great help. Could not recommend more! 10/10

Almost a perfect holiday - the Villa is fantastic, large, clean, great pool which was maintained every couple of days and so much outdoor area for the kids to play. All four bedrooms were identical, all have balconies, and en suites which was fantastic for everyone to have their own space. The weather during our stay was incredibly warm so the air conditioning was welcome at night (although the electricity sometimes struggled to cope, but we were warned about this by our host up when we arrived.) What stopped it being the perfect holiday? Really small details, no local information pack available, one of the 5 Sun loungers was broken so there wasn’t enough for all of us to use at the same time, no tea towels provided in the kitchen to dry dishes (maybe I should’ve packed some, but I didn’t think to). If it wasn’t for these small details, it would definitely be a 5 star property, thanks for a lovely holiday!!
