About this villa rental
The villa 'Fantastic renovated villa annex' is located in Mijas Costa and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours all year round), a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Free parking is easy to find on the street, right in front of the house.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
Towels are included in the price.
Pool/beach towels are included in the price.
Bed linen is included in the price.
The pool service man comes twice a week.

Pros: Perfect stay
The hostess was a lovely lady who welcomed us on arrival. She gave us all the information we needed prior to the stay.
The property itself was beautiful. 20 minute drive from malaga airport. 5 minute drive from the beach. Located in a quiet tranquil part of Fuengirola, felt secure and safe but not isolated.
The kitchen was the focal point of the property. Catering for everything you could possibly need. From a orange juicer to a milk frother. Everything catered for, even my 2 year grand daughter had her own children's cutlery and plates. Every thing had been well thought out to accommodate the modern family.
The pool area and outdoor bbq areas were another focal point which were cleverly designed to catch the sun at different times of the day.
All in all a perfect property for a family who are looking for a home away from home .

Pros: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful villa in the fantastic area of mijas costa. The location is typically Spanish & very rustic.
The villa is gorgeous with everything you could need & more. Benedicte is just such a wonderful person who is so accommodating & welcomes you as friends.
Everything is so clean & fresh from the villa to its beautiful surroundings.
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough & although we have been back twice we cannot wait to go again.
It suits all ages (although does have a lot of hills) and great for children, we had two 9month olds in our family & as the villa is all on one level was perfect for them.
It is only a 5 minute drive to feungerola where there is so much to see & walk - cars are essential even for the Lidl / Aldi shop!
This villa totally lived up to our expectations & more....again! I would rate higher than 5 stars For everything if I could!

Pros: Underbart semesterboende. Vi hade det superbra här. Lagom avskilt från stan, men nära till allt. Värdparet var hur hjälpsamma och trevliga som helst. Kan definitivt tänka mig komma tillbaka!

Pros: Veldig fin feriebolig som kan anbefales. Passer for de som vil slappe av i en fin bolig med egen uteplass og basseng. Leiebil anbefales.
