About this villa rental
The villa is located in the beautiful Sierrezuela area, 4 km from Fuengirola beach.
The villa has just been renovated to a high standard in Scandinavian style. There is a large nice living room with modern fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have a fantastic view of the terrace, the pool, Fuengirola and the Mediterranean.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the 1st floor. (2 of the bedrooms have single beds, which of course can be put together as double beds. 1 bedroom has a double bed). All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have fitted wardrobes.
There is aircon, cold and warm, in all bedrooms and the living room / kitchen.
There is wifi.
There are lovely gardens and terraces around the house, so with plenty of room for the whole family.
Lovely big private pool where you can really enjoy yourself. The pool measures 4.5 meters x 8 meters.
Here you are close to everything and yet in a quiet area. Fuengirola beach is 4 km away, it is called Paseo Maritimo del Rey and is 7 km long. Here you have plenty of bars, restaurants, discotheques and sun beds on the beach.
Nearest shops are approx. 400 meters from the villa, here you have supermarket, pizzeria, baker, pharmacy and Indian restaurant.
Nearest town is Fuengirola which is within walking distance, approx. 2 km.
There is private parking and we recommend car, although you can easily walk or take the bus.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.

Pros: Dette hus var en anelse over vores egentlig budget, men det var alle pengene værd.
Fantastisk lækkert og gennemtænkt hus med to seperate værelser til vores børn, have, pool og køkken med en udsigt over Fuengirola der ikke bliver meget bedre.
Køkkenet har alt hvad man skal bruge og kommunikationen med Ann-Charlotte var super.

Pros: Super fed bolig med god beliggenhed, omgivelser og perfekt udsigt. Centralt beliggende i forhold til områdets golfbaner.
Bestemt et sted vi kunne finde på at vende tilbage til.

Pros: Intet mindre end det perfekte hus, med en udsigt der overstiger alle forventninger. Leder man efter en ferie i skønne, rolige omgivelser og alligevel kun 10 minutter til strand og restauranter, er dette perfekt. Absolut fantastisk indrettet hus, hvor der findes alle faciliteter - selv klip-klapper der kan lånes :)
Nyd morgensolen og udsigt til Afrika på en klar dag, efterfulgt af en skøn dag ved poolen, kun afbrudt af frokost på en af de skyggefulde terrasser. Og nyd igen solen der går ned og en lækker grill menu (stor gas-grill !!) på terrassen eller smut ned til Fuengirola og besøg en af de gode tapas restauranter.
Vi var afsted med vores 3 teenage børn og der er masser af plads til hyggelig familietid og også mulighed for private space, når det var behovet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen :)
