Valletta Penthouse

Good location, close to restaurants and attractions, but also quiet in the evenings. Valletta Food Market is nearby where you can buy a variety of food if you choose to eat at the apartment. The roof terrace is lovely. The owners will arrange private taxi transfers from airport to apartment which is very useful.

The front door catches on the floor and can be stiff to open, also the door to the roof terrace also catches on the floor and the handle is broken. The latter has been pointed out in reviews by other people, but has not yet been fixed. The view from the roof terrace (and a fair amount of privacy) may be going to disappear as there is building work on the roof of the building opposite where it looks like a rooftop pool is being built. Also, being on the South Eastern side of Valletta, the sun left the roof terrace quite early in the evening.

Just a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Valletta yet quite peaceful, especially at night. Everything was spotlessly clean and so well equipped and the terrace had full sun most of the day which was a real bonus. A big call-out for the communication from the host, from booking right through our stay with a really helpful taxi transfer arranged for us from the airport.

Sadly the harbour view isn't quite as good now with the building work across the street - looks to be a hotel with a roof top pool but can't see it being finished until 2027. You can still see some of the water and all of the three Cities which is great at night, plus a bonus of a great view of the twice daily firing of the cannon, there wasn't any excessive noise from the building work and it wouldn't stop us returning again.

Sofa im WZ verschlissen

Apartament ma świetną lokalizację i naprawdę duży potencjał. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo przyjemne – na plus zdecydowanie widok, taras oraz ogólne położenie obiektu. Opis apartamentu oraz instrukcje sprawiały, że spodziewaliśmy się wysokiego standardu wyposażenia i czystości. Niestety, pod tym względem byliśmy trochę zawiedzeni. Czystość nie była na najlepszym poziomie – pościel nie była do końca świeża, ręczniki były już szare, a w kontach znajdował się piasek i kurz. Również w szafkach było zauważalnie brudno. Szkoda, bo apartament jest naprawdę fajny i ma duże możliwości, ale zdecydowanie warto popracować nad utrzymaniem czystości. To element, który mocno wpływa na odbiór całego pobytu.
