Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με εύκολη πρόσβαση και σε ύσυχη γειτονιά.Είχε τις ανέσεις της διαμονής και για τα παιδιά το δικό τους χώρο.Πολύ σημαντικό λόγω της περιόδου το aircondition.Επίσης ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού και η δυνατότητα wi fi.Μια γραμμή συγκοινωνίας πέρναγε ακριβώς απέξω.
Κάτι το οποίο ίσχυε βεβαια για όλη την πόλη με το ότι βγάζεις τα σκουπίδια σε σακκούλες με διαφορετικό χρώμα ανάλογα την ημέρα και το είδος των απορριμάτων στο πεζοδρόμιο και όχι στον κάδο. Οπότε λόγω ζέστης σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις η μυρωδιά ήταν λίγο αποπνυκτική.
