This is a nice, spacious flat in a great location close to the waterfront. Valetta is very small so pretty much everything is a 15-minute walk away. The surrounding area is quiet and felt quite safe. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning and extra blankets. We appreciated that tea and coffee was available in the apartment.
Overall very good value for money and a good base to explore Malta.
The external door is a little hard to open as the key hole cover is falling off. The door handle in the bathroom was also falling off.
We couldn't figure out the TV so it would have been good to have some instructions or guidance.
The water pressure in the shower is pretty poor. On the first day we had cold showers as we didn't realise you had to switch the water heater on and wait quite a while for it to heat up.
If you're claustrophobic or nervous avoid the lift (although this apartment is on the 7th floor). The button on the ground floor wasn't working so we had to go up a floor to call the lift.
The area is generally quiet and safe although when we arrived at night we did get sort of swarmed by children who were yelling at us as we tried to unlock the door which was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment is big, beds are comfortable, and the location cannot be better – in the centre of Valleta but still distant from noisy cafes. We did not spend much time in the apartment; instead, we wandered around Valletta, Sliema, and San Ġiljan. Cleanliness could be a bit better, and when you enter the apartment, there is a distinct smell of mould – but I guess that this is unavoidable, having in mind the high level of humidity in Malta. And anyway, when you open the windows, it disappears. All in all, good value for money. Not directly related to the apartment, but a warning: DO NOT USE BOOKING TAXIS. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. Use Bolt instead.

The location is brilliant, close to everything, but quiet. Spacious apartment.
The floors were extremely cold, since we went in January. Maybe some slippers for the guests or rugs on the floors during the cold season.

L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda per girare a piedi La Valletta e per raggiungere la stazione dei bus per l'aeroporto e per altre località dell'isola di Malta.
È abbastanza spazioso, adeguatamente pulito e munito delle attrezzature necessarie per il soggiorno.
Poiché si trova all'ultimo piano dell'edificio e i climatizzatori di aria calda/fredda sono presenti solo nelle camere da letto, negli altri ambienti dell'appartamento, di sera e in questo periodo di dicembre, abbiamo avvertito un po' di umido.
