L'emplacement de l'appartement très bien situé pour visiter La Valette ,mais dans une rue calme .

Lit double beaucoup trop mou à notre gout .

This is a nice, spacious flat in a great location close to the waterfront. Valetta is very small so pretty much everything is a 15-minute walk away. The surrounding area is quiet and felt quite safe. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning and extra blankets. We appreciated that tea and coffee was available in the apartment. Overall very good value for money and a good base to explore Malta.

The external door is a little hard to open as the key hole cover is falling off. The door handle in the bathroom was also falling off. We couldn't figure out the TV so it would have been good to have some instructions or guidance. The water pressure in the shower is pretty poor. On the first day we had cold showers as we didn't realise you had to switch the water heater on and wait quite a while for it to heat up. If you're claustrophobic or nervous avoid the lift (although this apartment is on the 7th floor). The button on the ground floor wasn't working so we had to go up a floor to call the lift. The area is generally quiet and safe although when we arrived at night we did get sort of swarmed by children who were yelling at us as we tried to unlock the door which was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment is big, beds are comfortable, and the location cannot be better – in the centre of Valleta but still distant from noisy cafes. We did not spend much time in the apartment; instead, we wandered around Valletta, Sliema, and San Ġiljan. Cleanliness could be a bit better, and when you enter the apartment, there is a distinct smell of mould – but I guess that this is unavoidable, having in mind the high level of humidity in Malta. And anyway, when you open the windows, it disappears. All in all, good value for money. Not directly related to the apartment, but a warning: DO NOT USE BOOKING TAXIS. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. Use Bolt instead.

Los mejor sin duda ha sido la ubicación tan céntrica en el núcleo histórico de la Valletta, con todos los servicios y puntos de interés muy cerca, aparte de la libertad para el check-in. - También nos gustaron las vistas del mar desde nuestro apartamento, que estaba en el piso superior. - Disponer de wifi - Y se agradece que hubiera adaptadores de enchufe y perchas suficientes y en buen estado en los armarios y aunque no lo utilizamos también plancha, secador (sin difusor), tendedor y lavadora y una cocina equipada, .

No nos satisfacieron diversos temas, la mayoría de los cuales creemos que son mejorables y reparables.: - la cerradura de la puerta principal y de acceso al edificio, además de torcida, costaba de girar y abrir. - el ascensor no funcionó todos los días y la subida al 5º piso no fue agradable, no sólo por la subida empinada y la estrechez de la escalera (que se entiende por la antigüedad del edificio), sinó porque no estaba limpia y los rellanos eran aún más estrechos por los zapateros y tendedores de ropa :0 que había instalados en la pared de cada rellano. - el apartamento sólo tenía aire acondicionado en los dos dormitorios y siendo el último piso sin tejado no se podía estar en el comedor-sala. - La bombilla de la luz de techo de la habitación principal parpadeaba y precisaba cambiarse. Sólo podías abrir las pequeñas de la mesita de noche. - No había enchufe en las mesitas y tenías que cargar los dispositivos con la ayuda de una silla en la pared de los pies de la cama, porque los de la sala no cargaban. - Los colchones eran muy blandos, y el de matrimonio además traía un topper que lo hacía más blando todavía. Imposible descansar bien y levantarte sin dolor de espalda. - La presión de la ducha era mínima y las puertas correderas no se deslizaban fácilmente para cerrar la ducha, además que el plástico de una de ellas estaba desenganchado del marco. Y aunque es una cuestión de gustos, la elección de los muebles era ecléctica a base de muebles antiguos junto con otros más actuales y una decoración con elementos dispares que no mejoraban la estancia.
