Lucky Star 202 by Vallettastay

We stayed here for 8 nights and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Valletta, with a convenience store next door. The apartment was clean on arrival, well equipped with all the essentials, the bathroom was small but functional, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also appreciated the booklet with useful information. Communication was efficient as well.

A few housekeeping things could be improved. The bed was made with a duvet despite temperatures of around 32-35°C, so we had to remove the filling and use only the cover. The information booklet mentioned weekly cleaning, but no cleaning took place during our 8-night stay. Cleaning products for the kitchen are provided though, as well as a broom. Finally, when we requested fresh towels, they were not delivered the next day as promised. We decided to go to the reception in another hotel to ask again and they were kindly provided a few hours later. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, with just a few housekeeping issues that could be improved.

A great location. So close to everything - we could easily walk to main area in 5 mins but was quiet. There is a small grocery store next door which was convenient. The room was spacious. The bathroom was small but was ok.

THE MATTRESS! The bed was large but the mattress was so uncomfortable - very thin. The sheets didn't fit properly so kept coming loose during the night. Please invest in a better mattress.

La situation au centre ville. Plein de cacher avec ses 2 balcons (balcon Maltais et balcon extérieur).

Le matelas mériterait d'être changé (matelas à ressorts beaucoup trop mou et peu confortable).
