Lovely apartment Location was great Clean Terrace is great

Sometimes maintenance people would come in to fix things such as the lock for the stairwell door or replenish towels which was fine. However it would have been nice to receive a message before that someone was coming in to fix the lock as we felt slightly uncomfortable than someone could just come in the apartment without us being told before.

We really liked the apartment and all its facilities. The location was very central, and the apartment was quite spacious for the price. Highly recommended!

The only issue was that the toilet was located outside the main apartment. It was just outside, but you had to go down 2–3 steps to reach it. This might not be a problem for most people, but I felt a bit uneasy using the stairs if I needed to go to the bathroom at night.

Unfortunately, a very intense bad smell flowing from the pipes into one room. We booked the place in particular for having two bedrooms for me and my colleague, but it happened to be impossible to spend the night into that room. Therefore I had to sleep in the hall, by the sofa, and it wasn't a very great feeling considering the price we paid, after all. Given that the same issue was noticed by another guest (past reviews), one must say that I was not the first to have this problem: I would have appreciated if the team would have, at least, let us know, when we booked, about the issue. Given our peculiar needs I would have chosen another place to stay. Once solved this - not to be underestimated - problem, the apartment would be perfect.
