This is a suite with bow window facing the sea with 7 windows that allow a 180° view of Livorno,from the port on the left to bell tower of a small church in Pisa on the right.
The “Regina Elena” is located directly on the beach with a splendid view of dunes and rich green vegetation typical of the Mediterranean. It’s located in front of the “Green Park Resort”,a wonderful SPA with a thermal pool,aromatherapy,massage,sauna and turkishbath.
The apartament contains four beads,an entrance and eat in kitchen wiyh a dishwasher. The kitchen has an oven,three burners,a microwave,a refrigerated and freezer. There are two bathrooms,both with a shower,one on the first floor and one on the second.
The appartament is decorated in a provenzal style.

This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view. Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful.

the apartment is great: clean, stylish, everything you need is there. you have a unique view. There is also air conditioning and the windows can be completely blacked out.
the landlord is the best, friendly and extremely helpful, always available.

My friend and I planned a trip to Tuscany for a momentous birthday. The property was bright and had a Mediterranean feel to it. Everything in the listing is accurate. The bay window overlooking the Mediterranean is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking.
Roberto went above and beyond and assisted us with transportation to the airport. He replied to all our enquires in minutes and was a very kind and generous host. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a Mediterranean getaway.
