Vicinanza mare, bagno spazioso, tutto recintato per i cani e il proprietario rispondeva subito in caso di bisogno. Vicinanza alla città di Pisa.
Problemi con gli interrutori. Bisognava accendere e spegnere più volte per fare contatto e quindi per far sì che certe luci si accendessero.

Ci è piaciuto molto il giardino, i doppi servizi con le docce molto belle e le camere erano adeguate. La biancheria era pulitissima e profumata. Tavolo da pranzo spazioso. Zona molto tranquilla.
Mancavano alcuni utensili da cucina tipo tostapane e caffettiera grande, alcuni bicchieri rotti, panni da cucina, la centrifuga per l'insalata. Le pentole erano vecchie e alcune senza manico. Una lavatrice sarebbe essenziale. Alcuni cassetti erano un po' rovinati.
