This house have 4 comfortable bedrooms with four bathrooms and Tv, three bedrooms have double beds and there's one room that is triple with one single bed and a double bed
It has a nice private garden area 150 sq mt with portico and fornitures, wood oven and barbeque place, all sorrounded by this amazing view and all the colours of the seaons and their sunsets of the Farfa river valley
The house can have 9 guests and 3 more on foldable beds

The property is stunning, amazing views of the mountains of Casaprota. The home
Is comfortable, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Stefano was a great host, offering a lot of insight into all things Italy. We even had an opportunity to have an authentic Italian restaurant experience with him and his family, which was a pretty awesome experience. The only downside of the property is that it’s pretty remote (although beautiful and relaxing). Thank you Stefano for an enjoyable stay. My boys still talk about you!!

From beginning to end this booking exceeded all expectations. Not having stayed in the Casaprota region before, we weren’t sure what to expect. Stefano was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. He warmed the house for us before we got there and met us to show the home on arrival. The scenery is breathtaking and the home all built by Stefano himself was immaculate. We had a group of 6 and it fit each of us comfortably with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in each. If your looking to stay away from the city of Rome look no further than this booking. The small Italian roads leading to the home were well kept and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

The place is pretty remote so it's very quiet and an excellent location to relax. There are some pretty good restaurants close by within a 15 min drive, some of which came recommended by the owner who has been very helpful in making reservations for us.

Proprietario presente e disponibile, la proprietà si presenta bene ma non è curata nei dettagli, il posto nel complesso è molto bello e rilassante. Rimane scarsa la manutenzione e la pulizia sia della casa che della piscina.
Dò solo tre stelle in quanto il prezzo è troppo alto paragonato al valore della casa però lo consiglio vivamente per chi ha voglia di staccare la spina dalla routine senza doversi allontanare troppo!
