The property is within walking distance of the center which can be reached on foot and leaving the car in the car park below. Just 3.5 km you will find the famous cave of bats overlooking the Park of Murgia Materana. It is a very quiet area, not very busy and surrounded by greenery. The structure of the palace is made of red bricks and is therefore very fresh in summer and warm in winter.
