There is also an electric hob, oven, microwave and Sage coffee machine. Granite worktops a double Belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.
The living room has oak wooden floors and a multi-fuel stove set into the chimney breast. There is a Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo. View over courtyard.
