About this apartment rental

Perfect centrally located modern spacious 2nd floor apartment ( in a block of only 4 apartments) - within a minute of the Beach and Pier. There is NO LIFT, stairs only - No sea views as all rooms overlook town centre and car park.
It has 2 large bedrooms with comfy single beds , child friendly leather sofas - It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, etc... Smart TV. Bose system, BT wifi.. WOOD flooring and rugs throughout the apartment. Linen, towels, beach towels, coffee, tea, milk, cereals, hairdryers, shampoo, body wash, iron etc. are supplied. Everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay here.
The apartment is quiet and does not suffer from any road noise. Large 24 hour Public Car Parking with electric points at the rear of property which can be viewed from the apartment. Pay and Display charges are £2.00 per hour within hours 8-6pm 7 days, max 3 hour charge but can be renewed without moving the vehicle... there are some town car parking areas with different charges from 8-6pm. RingGo app available throughout the towns car parks. Free street parking within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is much larger than the photos are able to show. Bedrooms have ample space for travel cots - but these are NOT supplied. Bed rails available on request. High Speed Trains to and from St. Pancras only One hour 20 minutes - Deal main line station is just 5 minutes walk to the apartment. There are 3 English Heritage Castles nearby (Deal/Walmer and Dover). Top Golf Courses, Cinque Ports/Princes/Royal St.Georges and Walmer & Kingsdown.. large supermarkets, quirky shops, plenty restaurants and bars
Superb coastal walks to Cliffs of Dover via St.Margaret's Bay overlooking English Channel, views of France. Deal and the surrounding area is a photographers paradise. Come take a look you will not be disappointed with what the area has to offer.
Overnight Golf Clubs , Bike and Push Chair storage available.
Flexible checkin is from 2~8pm Checkout by 10am. One night bookings available.
There is not a safe key as I will always meet you to let you know what Deal has to offer and to make sure you are happy with your choice of my apartment.

The property had an abundance of convenience for our short trip to the lovely and charming area of Deal. From an easy access to through preparation and instructions by the host, we enjoyed a quick journey to all the golf courses we were playing and had choices abound for dinner. It is centrally located around groceries, a bank and restaurants. Meticulous inside and well equipped for travelers passing through. Will definitely keep in mind when a return trip to the area happens in the future!

A spotless, modern apartment, home from home, opposite the pier in Deal. Fabulous location, few minutes walk to restaurants & bars. Sue, the hostess, has thought of an absolutely everything - when she told me all we needed was a toothbrush - she was not wrong! Some lovely personal touches which made our stay perfect. We have visited Deal lots over the years & have stayed in a variety of hotels & I must say finding this gem of an apartment has surpassed any of our previous accommodation. We most certainly return

This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and having visited Deal over the last 20 years we wish it had of been available before. Everything is within easy walking distance and ample parking within the nearby car parks which are not overly expensive. The apartment itself is large and more than big enough to cater for two couples or like us, a family of 4 with everyone having there own space. Everything in the apartment is of a very good quality, modern and there are a lot of individual touches that make you feel at home but not too personalized The two bedrooms have good beds and comfortable mattresses and fans were available to use as we arrived during the heatwave (30+degrees). Both the en suite and separate bathroom were well stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need on a break and the ladies were very impressed with the little touches in these two areas. There is a large comfortable living area and kitchen, again with everything you would ideally want for a break and some essential items left by the owners for your use. Everything in this area, as throughout the apartment was very clean and tidy. The apartment is on the sea front, however do not be put off by this as no noise could be heard within the apartment at any stage when we were present, especially during the evening when we were expecting to hear something, but we were all pleasantly surprised. Moving onto the owners, of which we only met Sue. A lot of time and effort has gone into this property to make you feel at home.Sue made contact with us to confirm the booking and check our expected arrival times nearer the date and confirmed her attendance when this took place. We made contact on our arrival day and agreed to meet at a specific time and before we knew it we were settling in and everything ran as smooth as clockwork. Sue made contact with us the next day to check everything was okay and on our leaving day to wish us a save journey home. Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything was geared towards us having an enjoyable time. As I stated earlier, we have been visiting Deal for many years visiting family and friends and I am certain that as long as Sue is running this apartment we will be looking to stay here again and you will not be disappointed if you do.
