We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
Local Information
Situated in the heart of the conservation area, you will not need to use your car as there is so much on your doorstep to explore. Enjoy sunrise with an early morning coffee on the beach or a dip in the sea if you are feeling brave! You can walk along the lovely long promenade that takes you through Walmer and on to Kingsdown where you can enjoy a refreshing drink at The Zetland Arms, one of the few UK pubs situated on a beach. Deal’s iconic Georgian High Street is also a short stroll from the cottage and offers a wealth of artisan, boutique and independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
